Over the last 28 years, Ryan Wildstar has worked professionally as a musician, poet, playwright, artist, editor, actor, director, translator, educator, sommelier, and culinary/wine professional. He holds a degree in French from the Sorbonne University in Paris, where he lived for 5 years, and has worked as a wine importer for the last 12 years. He has also worked as a sommelier for top restaurants in Seattle, Los Angeles, and Paris.
Ryan teaches The Art of Wine class series that focuses on the relationship between the wine, art, and food of specific regions of Europe.
