Swan Café & Deli and Cordata Deli

The Downtown Swan Café & Deli and the Cordata Deli are bursting with good nutrition, good flavor, and lots of choices. We feature specials for breakfast, lunch, and dinner along with a deli case full of entrees, soups, salads, and side dishes. Our deli staff are committed to using the freshest ingredients and local organic produce whenever possible. See a list of local growers and producers who supply the Deli.

We've got scrumptious dishes for every diet from meat or seafood dishes to vegetarian or vegan. You’ll find many prepared salads and baked goods available for special diets such as wheat free, gluten free, low carbohydrate, low fat, and low sodium. Ask our servers for possibilities to match your needs.

Build-your-own sandwiches can be ordered in advance—call ahead or stop by the counter to place your order. Your sandwich can be ready when you are—after shopping or on your way somewhere. We also offer catering and box lunch service with choices of sandwiches, salads, entrees, and trays of meat, cheese, veggies, or baked goods. It's easy, just fill out our Catering and Box Lunch Menu form and call or fax your order (requires 48 hour advance notice and payment at pickup).

Be sure to visit our cheese section—we have one of the best selections of cheese in Bellingham. You’ll find locally made Samish Bay organic cheese from Skagit Valley as well as wheels of brie, authentic Greek feta, and European-style butter.

Specialty and standard desserts are available from our bakery team. Custom orders are welcome for wheat- and gluten-free, vegan, or other restricted diets. See our Sweet Celebrations card for information on cakes, specialty desserts, and custom orders.
