Say No to Sugar with Demetree Robinson

Certified Food and Health Coach Demetree Robinson gives tips and recipes on how to reduce and even eliminate the sugar in your diet. Demetree will serve samples of roasted root vegetables and no-sugar versions of banana bread, strawberry jam, and coconut chia seed energy bars.
