It’s time to vote for your Co-op Board of Directors, the people charged with maintaining the financial, environmental, and community health of the Co-op. You will also be voting for a proposed change to the Co-op’s Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws to allow member-owner investment in the Co-op.
Who is Eligible to Vote?
Member-owners who are current in their annual dues payments and senior members who have shopped in the past year are eligible and encouraged to vote. One vote per member-owner number.
Who are the Candidates?
Read about the candidates at voting.coop or at the service desk in either store. The candidates will be introduced at the Annual Meeting and Party on Saturday, March 24. Voting closes at the conclusion of the event at 10 pm.
Vote for up to three candidates. Candidates will serve three-year terms.
What is the Articles/Bylaws Change?
Read the FAQs about the proposed change to the Co-op’s Articles of Incorporation and the Bylaws at voting.coop. These changes would allow Co-op member-owners to invest in the Co-op. We need approximately 700 affirmative votes cast to move forward with the change. Please vote!
How to Vote
Member-owners can cast their votes online at voting.coop or vote with a paper ballot at the service desk. You will need your full 12-digit member number, which can be found on the back of your Co-op card or in the information mailed to eligible voters in early March.
If you believe you are eligible to vote, but did not receive a anything in the mail, please verify your voting status at the service desk in either store.
