Selva Wohlgemuth

Having just completed the journey from “nutrition nerd” to Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, Selva Wohlgemuth offers classes that combine delicious gluten-free treats, recipes, meal-planning tips, and hard science. Of her classes she said, “I hope to give my acquired knowledge and passion back to the community I care so much about. If I can help people find health, then I am happy!"

“My interest in nutrition began as an undergraduate at Western Washington University,” said Selva. “In my free time I read nutrition books, cookbooks, and simply fell in love with the subject.” After college, Selva pursued a master’s degree in nutrition at Bastyr University, passed her board exam, and is now officially a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist.

Selva's recent classes have included Delaying Diabetes, Anti-Inflammation Menu, Spring Cleanse and Reboot, Optimize Your Health with Seasonal Bounty
