The Real Food Show is a dynamic elementary school assembly designed to motivate and teach children to make healthy food and lifestyle choices.

“The Real Food Show” uses an energetic, entertaining format to teach and motivate children to make healthy food and lifestyle choices. This show has now been performed at more than 50 Whatcom, Skagit, and other Washington state elementary schools. It has been enthusiastically received and seen by over 20,000 kids.
Real food leads to good health—that’s what we want kids to understand after watching the show.
Co-written by Sam Williams, aka “Smerdyakov” of the Flying Karamazov Brothers, and longtime area performers Della Plaster and Jason Quick, this 35-minute assembly, performed by a two-member Bellingham Circus Guild performance team, is a hit with students, educators, and parents.
