Michelle will share simple, delicious, and healthy plant-based recipes to satisfy your taste buds and stomach, and keep you going, plant-strong. We’ll discuss nutrients that need a bit of extra attention when adopting this way of eating, and how to plan to make sure you are meeting your needs. Light snacks provided.
