Learn to reorient your mind, body, and spirit toward greater ease using wisdom and practical tools from the ancient healing science of ayurveda. We’ll explore basic everyday habits to align with nature’s rhythms, and feel more vitality as a result. Class will include guided exercises, as well as a discussion of basic habit psychology and how our daily habits shape our experience with stress. You’ll leave with a beginner’s toolkit, and an embodied experience to remind you of the benefits.
