Pitchfest

Bring your cellphone and vote for your favorite pitch! Young artists, innovators, and entrepreneurs in Whatcom County will pitch their idea for a program that generates inclusion and cooperation in the community.
The winning proposal will be awarded $1,000.
How will it work?
1. Five groups will each give a 3-minute pitch about their projects.
2. The audience will select three finalists to move to the next round.
3. Finalists will have up to 5 minutes for a followup pitch and 5 minutes for Q&A.
4. A panel of community judges will select the winning pitch.

Reconnect Earth Student Activism Summit
A project to bring together students from diverse backgrounds to learn grassroots organizing skills.
SUGAR: A Cabaret
A fun-filled, sexy and sassy evening of live music, dance, and stories of love and loss.
1st Generation College Mentors
Latinx youth go on affinity hikes with Latinx WWU students to discuss barriers to access college.
DVSAS Safe-Start Playgroup Enhancement
As the new DVSAS VISTA I aspire to support the enhancement of the Safe Start Children's Program.
