Plant-based Meal Planning with Michelle Smith, RDN

Join registered dietitian Michelle Smith as she outlines the basics of following a well-balanced and delicious plant-based diet. During the class, we will touch on the nutrients to be mindful of, pantry must-haves, and Michelle’s tips and tricks for planning nutritious meals, even if you don’t have much free time. Light snacks provided.
