Co-op shoppers were among the first to taste the new variety, as the apples were test piloted in our stores. If you haven't tried them yet, here is your opportunity! Crimson Delight is a late-harvested apple and should rest a few months before it hits a flavor peak. Now is the time to appreciate its great flavor and lasting crunch. The Crimson Delight Apple offers outstanding tartness balanced with luxurious sweet and with conspicuous “apple freckles.” The flavor and texture profile prove ideal for both eating fresh and cooking.
