Mastering classic sauces and dishes that show them off is a key part of becoming a chef. In this class, we’ll make meatballs with red sauce, poached egg with hollandaise, grilled asparagus with lemon garlic/ roasted jalapeno aioli, and seared steak with pan reduction sauce. For kids ages 10-14. Downtown • reg. at WCC • $35
