Join Wellness Chef Kate MacKenzie as she demonstrates four healthy and delicious dinners using five or fewer ingredients. Learn to make white chicken chili; roasted cauliflower, shaved fennel, and beluga lentil salad; Thai red curry pumpkin soup; and to finish off the night, crispy caper, lemon, and thyme salmon.
