Fermentation is an ancient practice used to preserve foods, create new flavors, and increase nutritional value. Learn about the many benefits of fermented foods and how they influence our health. We will make sauerkraut together and you will take home your own jar to ferment and eat! You will also get to taste a sample of water kefir, a fizzy beverage that is fast and simple to make at home. Come join the fun as we experience fermentation first hand. Downtown • reg. at WCC • $29
