Dr. Jean Layton is a naturopathic physician specializing in celiac disease and gluten intolerance. She earned a Doctorate in Naturopathic medicine from the National College of Natural Medicine. Her culinary background includes culinary school training and professional food service.
She is the co-author of Gluten Free Baking for Dummies. The technical challenges of creating gluten-free versions of traditional baked goods have often inspired her unique gluten-free recipes.
Jean loves to teach all ages how to enjoy eating gluten-free and provides additional alterations for most food allergies in each class.
