Organic Melon Tasting
Sample an assortment of organic melons grown in the Pacific Northwest and distributed by Organically Grown Company. Their lineup includes dry-farmed melons, which don't rely on irrigation; instead, these melons are grown by encouraging roots to reach deep into the soil for naturally available moisture. This age-old farming method is finding new relevance as water-access becomes more challenging. It uses significantly less water while producing remarkably concentrated flavor.
