This modern take on a Yule log features light, gluten-free vanilla cake rolled with housemade caramel whipped cream. Wrapped in chocolate ganache and artfully textured to resemble bark, each log is garnished with meringue “mushrooms,” sugared cranberries, and crystallized rosemary “pine sprigs” for a wondrous winter display. Alternating layers of chocolate cake and fresh whipped cream are cloaked in our decadent chocolate frosting.
