No Dividend Declared for 2023
Due to higher-than-expected personnel and operating expenses, the Co-op did not generate a material surplus (profit) for the fiscal year ended December 30, 2023. That means there will not be a dividend this year.
Midway through 2024, we are building cash reserves and believe the Co-op is in a stable financial position. We are confident in our ability to run operations and maintain this positive trend.
We continue to bring local products to our shelves and seek out ways to pass on savings to our member-owners. Thank you for your ongoing support as we head into our 55th year of business.
