The Farm Fund Grant program is not currently accepting applications.
The Farm Fund Grant program is designed to support multi-farm collaborations and projects that strengthen local, sustainable agriculture at large in Whatcom and Skagit* counties. For single-farm projects, look at our Next Step Grants and Farm Fund Secured low-interest loans (below).
Next Step Grants
The Next Step Grant program is not currently accepting applications.
The Next Step Grant program is designed to support local farmers who want to expand their business to supply wholesale markets. Next Step accepts proposals for grants of $1,250 to $5,000.
Applicants can also apply for low-interest Farm Fund Secured Loans (see below) to meet the grant criteria as explained in the grant application.
The Secured Loan program is not currently accepting applications.
The following is for informational purposes only. All revolving loan funds are currently in circulation. Watch this page for announcements as loan funds become available again.
The Farm Fund secures low-interest loans for sustainable farm improvement projects in partnership with the Industrial Credit Union.
Applications are not currently being accepted for Farm Fund Secured Loans. Detailed information about the program and contact information are included in the applications.
When the application period reopens, both Farm Fund Secured Loan and Industrial Credit Union Loan applications will be required.
