Cindy McKinney started catering in the mid 1980s, and since 1998, has taught cooking skills to thousands of students through the Co-op and Whatcom Community College. She’s taught classes that have focused on single ingredients (asparagus, lemons, eggs), whole meals (brunch, one-pot dinners, etc.), desserts, and just about everything in between. She and her daughter-in-law are just starting work on a cookbook.

Cindy’s recent classes have included The Flavors of Greece, Luscious Lemons, Too Busy to Cook, Holiday Gifts from the Kitchen.
