As we bid farewell to 2023 and welcome 2024, there’s no better way to celebrate the magic of New Year’s Eve than with a glass of something delightful from the Co-op. Whether you’re hosting a glamorous soirée or having an intimate countdown with close friends, elevate your festivities with a lineup of exquisite cocktails that will leave a lasting impression.
Lacking time before your party? Pick up ready-to-drink cocktails from the Co-op. Two of our favorite brands are Rogue Spirits and Cutwater Spirits. Select from drinks, like a Cucumber Lime Gin Fizz or Spicy Bloody Mary, that are already made with the alcohol included.

Spiced Scotch Cider
Ingredients
- 2 ounces scotch whiskey
- 1 cup apple cider
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 3 whole cloves
- 1 star anise
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)
- Orange peel for garnish
In a saucepan, heat the apple cider along with the cinnamon stick, cloves, and star anise over medium heat. Bring it to a gentle simmer, allowing the spices to infuse the cider. Once the cider is heated and infused with spices, reduce the heat to low.
