In this free, members-only workshop, Karla Youngblood will guide us through practical strategies for optimal health. You’ll explore:
- Daily habits that support your circadian rhythm and improve sleep quality
- Food choices that benefit both your and the planet’s vitality
- Herbs and supplements tailored to different life stages
- Communication techniques that foster connection within yourself and with others

Karla Youngblood is a Trauma-Informed, Functional Medicine Health Coach with decades of teaching experience. Her personal mission is to empower people with knowledge so they can take control of their health!
