Mary’s Antibiotic-Free Turkey
Unlike your average producer, Pitman Farms doesn’t rely on medication to keep these birds healthy. They are fed a high-protein, vegetarian diet that provides them with the nutrients they need to grow into a bigger, more flavorful turkey than one found at a typical grocery store.
These birds are free of antibiotics, animal byproducts, added hormones, preservatives, and other additives. To maintain their flavor, Mary’s Antibiotic-Free Turkeys are never frozen, and their exemplary treatment makes a beautiful centerpiece for your holiday table.
Mary’s Organic Turkey
An additional step up the ladder of humane farming practices, these organic birds are fed a premium diet of USDA certified organic ingredients and are free of antibiotics, animal byproducts, added hormones, preservatives, and other additives.
These birds have additional space to roam and enhanced living areas that offer a more enriching life. Never frozen, Mary’s Organic Turkeys always are delicious and have a rich flavor.
Mary’s Air-Chilled Heritage Turkey
Resembling the first breed of turkeys that existed in the United States, these birds live naturally as they roam in large, open spaces. Their increased level of activity results in larger thigh meat and slightly less breast meat than found on a typical turkey.
These superior-tasting, fresh turkeys undergo an air-chilling packing process to lock in their flavor, and cook faster than other birds. If you prefer dark meat, you will love the taste of a heritage turkey.
