Karina Davidson has been active in the culinary arts as a caterer, pastry chef, restaurant manager, and cooking instructor for over 30 years.

Karina can basically cook anything and it'll be absolutely delicious. Among her specialties are soups, salads, pastries, French and other world cuisines, and the most wondrously fluffy decadent melt-in-your-mouth chocolate mousse you've ever eaten.
For years, we’ve been suggesting that attending one of Karina's cooking classes is like taking a trip to Paris without leaving Bellingham. Since 1987, she has visited Paris at least 11 times. Take one of her classes and be swept away on a culinary journey.
