Simple Charcuterie Board

A charcuterie and cheese board makes a welcome appetizer or even a fun snacky dinner option.

Include a variety of your favorite meats, cheeses, fruits, and nuts, and olives, and folks will enjoy selecting from the options.

We selected a variety of our favorite meats, cheeses, and accompaniments so you can create your personal masterpiece!

Putting it all together—

Grab something for everyone and fill your platter with salamis, cheeses, olives, fruits, and crackers. A basic serving suggestion for a cheese tray is 1 to 1 1/2 ounces of each cheese per person; round down if you are serving three or more cheese varieties, round up if serving only one or two cheeses.

Genoa—

A mild salami seasoned with salt & white pepper allowing the flavor or our premium pork to shine through.

Sopressata—

A robust salami flavored with cracked black pepper & garlic. It's the quintessential Italian salami.

Napoli—

Smoked over applewood chips with a hint of fennel giving it a sophisticated, hearty flavor.

Toscano—

Made with fennel pollen, conveying an aromatic licorice-like intensity that has long made it the pork enhancer of choice.

Calabrese—

A spicy salami made with cayenne pepper, paprika, and Sangiovese wine which elevates the tangy taste.

Pepperoni—

A classically American salami that can be enjoyed on pizza, sandwiches or sliced and served with your choice of cheese.
